Although we would be heartbreaking to see you go, but we understand companies priorities change at time. You produce the data, but you also own your data. Whenever you want to retrieve your data; you can just submit a request through the software. Please note it may take up to 10 days based on the size of your data.

We take a backup of your data in a daily basis up to 3 months. This type of backup is included in your basic subscription. We offer add-ons that you can purchase to keep your data for up to 7 years as this is the retention policy for most companies.

This is a legitimate concern. The data, however, remain yours. We already prepay our data center hosting company to “keep the lights on” for up to 7 years. But in any case we are not planning to go anywhere; we plan to stick around for as many years as possible.
